How is the reset probability calculated?

The model starts from the observed confirmed-reset rate, adjusts it using each active signal category’s historical 24h and 48h outcomes, shrinks small samples, and decays old signals. It is called a probability only after at least 30 resolved forecasts pass the published Brier-score gate.
