This monitor currently uses the seven-day quota window only.
The latest stored public policy signal says the five-hour limit remained paused. We therefore do not use five-hour recovery as a reset confirmation or forecast input.
The stored source is temporarily unavailable. This page will not claim a newer policy state without fresh evidence.
Why not track both windows?
A paused or inactive window would add noise to reset detection. The current quota probe watches seven-day remaining percentage and reset time, while global reset confirmation still requires corroborating public evidence.
Can the five-hour limit return?
It can change with product policy. If a new approved-source signal appears, the monitor stores and assesses it before this page changes.
