Codex Juice, across every effort.
Change not confirmed yet
No change will be published until the complete sweep produces a repeatable result.

Which reasoning effort should you use?
A larger Juice value is not proof of better coding. Compare fixed task results before choosing an effort.

About the Juice monitor
What is Codex Juice?+
Juice is a community-observed value associated with the reasoning budget available to a Codex run. It is not an official OpenAI metric, so we report only values returned by the same repeatable probe.
Does higher Juice mean better coding?+
Not necessarily. Juice describes an observed runtime budget, not answer quality. Use the Capability page to compare which reasoning effort performs best on fixed coding tasks.
How often is Codex Juice checked?+
The monitor runs one complete six-effort sweep each day. If a value changes, that effort is checked again before the change is published.
